I just wanted to write to let you know how much we are enjoying our pork.  We pick up the ham and bacon tomorrow but we've already had a couple packages of ground pork, pork chops, brats, and breakfast sausage.  All have been very good.
I am so glad we reconnected.  I've been recommending your pork to many of my friends.  I've even shared a package with a few so they can try it for themselves.  I am trying to get you lots more business.
I hope to see you at the Farmers Market this summer.




The pork is beautiful! We compared the shoulder side by side with the pork shoulder we get in from xxxxxx and your pork won hands down. We have finished the process of cutting the hogs down into manageable cuts and vacuum sealing them to maintain freshness. These hogs were high yield, very little excess bone or tissue waste. We are very pleased indeed!

Just wanted to let you know we are enjoying our pork.  So far we have tried a ham (absolutely wonderful Easter dinner!), ham steaks (I don’t think I made it right so next time I am going to do it differently!) and bacon.  It is incredible how much difference there is between what we purchased from you and what we had been buying in the store!  Even our kids who are 13 and 7 noticed a difference!!

Thanks again for taking the time to answer all my questions with our first purchase.  I am sure we will be purchasing from you again in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that we've picked up our meat and it's been delicious!  I'm so pleased to have such fresh, local meat to feed to my family.  It was a pleasure doing business with you and we'll be in touch in a few months when we've eaten up what we have, you will be our only source of pork from now on.
I would like to say that I recently used your Italian Sausage in a lasagna that I made, and it was just terrific. I enjoyed reading about the farm process, and hope you keep up the good work. I try to buy local as often as possible, and will be recommending you guys to anyone I can. Thanks again.

 I recently purchased one of your  bone in shoulder roasts and was immediately impressed after unwrapping this package because my recipe from “Cook’s Illustrated”  magazine stressed that the product must have finely marbled intramuscular fat content that is required for the most flavor.  This recipe requires rubbing a mixture of kosher salt, brown sugar and cracked pepper to be put on and rest in refrigerator for 12-24 hours.  After reflecting on the roast it is immediately apparent that this dish will come out as advertised and I can’t wait to sample this product in special peach sauce and ajus on the side.

I have recently become interested in "pastured pork" so today I visited The Merc in Lawrence to see what they had. I purchased bratwurst made by the store with pork from your farm...and oh my, I was blown away. I'm very impressed and you have gained a customer. Thanks for a great product!
I just wanted to say that it's been 4 years since I've lived in Kansas, and I still dream about your bacon and pork products.  Your prices are unbelievable, and it's still the best swine I've had outside of Germany!   I hope the people in Leavenworth know how lucky they are.  I tell all my peers who go there for school to stop by the farmer's market and find you, without delay!
